IMCO has the capability to produce small, precision parts from a wide range of specially formulated compounds such as natural rubber, silicone, EPDM, neoprene, fluorocarbon, HNBR, nitrile, and many others. Our current product line features parts that range from valve seals for the automotive industry to isolator shock mounts for the railroad and recreational vehicle industries.
IMCO proudly offers special processes which we have tested and perfected for rubber-to-metal bonded parts. These processes allow us to adhere rubber to a number of materials including plastic, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other metals.
IMCO flexible spout connectors and screen deblinding balls are molded in a variety of sizes and polymers. Each compound is formulated to achieve maximum efficiency when screening specific materials under varying conditions. Our staff is trained to help you select the proper polymer to achieve maximum efficiency for your specific application.
Screen Cleaning Balls:
IMCO offers screen cleaning balls in five standard diameter sizes: 5/8”, 7/8”, 1”, 1 3/8”, 2”, and in a variety of polymers. All compounds are formulated for maximum wear and resilience. To achieve maximum screen cleaning performance, proper ball size and material are critical considerations. IMCO can assist you with recommendations the size and material best suited to your specific needs by defining factors such as frame height and width, wire mesh and diameter, and materials to be screened.
Connectors:
IMCO flexible spout connectors are designed specifically for the shaker screen industry and are available in two styles. Both styles are molded in a variety of specially formulated compounds to provide maximum performance.
Style “A” – designed to stretch fit over a ¼” beaded ring for quick installation. This style is available in 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10” diameters with a standard 10 ¾” overall length.
Style “B” – designed to fit over a straight pipe and held in place by standard hose clamps. This style is available in 4”, 6”, and 8” diameters with a standard 12” overall length. IMCO also offers the 8” diameter connector in a 16” length.
